Partnering closely with a PhD-level Applications team for discovery, demos (virtual/on-site), installs, and training
Being in the field with customers (semicon, materials, failure analysis, quality, academia/government/industrial R&D)
Winning in competitive situations by framing clear technical and commercial value
What you bring:
5+ years of capital equipment sales experience (>$100k ASP) with a track record of closing complex deals
Hands-on exposure to SEM/EDS/ion milling (or adjacent materials characterization) strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Physical Science or Engineering discipline
Command of territory planning, opportunity management, and accurate forecasting (Salesforce experience preferred)
Strong communication, credibility with technical users, and a self-driven, trustworthy work ethic
Ability to travel ~30% and safely handle demo equipment as needed
