    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at FSMA, a Full-Service Marketing Agency dedicated to helping businesses grow through data-driven digital strategies and creative campaigns. This full-time, on-site position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations. No prior experience is required - training will be provided!

    Position Details:

    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime shifts

    • Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 per year

    • Location: On-site (office-based)

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and sales documentation.

    • Track and manage payment details, resolving discrepancies as needed.

    • Collaborate with the finance and project teams to oversee invoices and records.

    • Support internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

    • NO COLD CALLS

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: No prior experience required - training provided.

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree is a plus).

    • Skills:

      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Docs)

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      • Basic analytical skills with attention to detail
