Fish Window Cleaning- Chicago Western and Southern suburbs is a franchise operation which performs commercial and residential Window Cleaning and related services, such as pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Fish Window Cleaning Corporation is the largest window cleaning operation in North America.

We are looking for motivated sales and marketing representative based in the western suburbs who knows how to sell and seeks proven results! If you have had previous success in roles where you have persuaded customers and deliver results, you will fit right in.

Job Responsibilities: • Strategically and systematically develop a commercial customer base.

• Acquire new commercial customers through relationships with cleaning companies, maintenance companies and property management companies. • Help develop strategies for entering new markets, including identifying decision‑makers and building targeted outreach plans. For example, colleges, retirement communities and municipal facilities and commercial real estate managers.

• Acquire new residential customers through community networking groups and Homeowners Associations. • Acquire new commercial through follow-up phone calls for written estimates given on site or to key contacts identified during direct sales effort. • Track performance against monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals

Job Requirements: • Friendly, outgoing personality • Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made. • Excellent communication skills in person and on the telephone. • Goal-oriented and results-driven. • Demonstrated self-confidence and trustworthiness • Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
