About the Role:

Join F45 Training and Hopson Health in Coral Springs, FL as a Sales Representative in the Fitness and Wellness sector! This exciting opportunity allows you to connect with individuals seeking to transform their health and fitness journey while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and promote membership options.

Conduct tours of the facility and showcase the benefits of F45 Training and Hopson Health programs.

Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance retention.

Collaborate with the training team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.

Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.

Participate in community outreach and events to promote brand awareness.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position F45 Training and Hopson Health

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clientele.

Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Proficient in using CRM software

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.

High school diploma required; degree in business, marketing, or related field a plus.

Pay & Perks

Base hourly: $18–$20/hr (based on experience)

Commission: Up to 20% per sale (tiered)
