Job Summary Five Star Bath Solutions of Los Angeles County is seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized bath remodeling solutions, and close sales. In-home sales experience is preferred but not required — what matters most is your drive, your people skills, and your hunger to close.

This is a commission-based role with a sliding scale based on performance — the more you sell, the more you earn. Your income is truly in your hands.

Please note that all Sales Representatives are required to represent Five Star Bath Solutions in company-branded logo attire at all times while on the job.

What You'll Do

Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to conduct in-home design consultations

Guide customers through product selections, pricing, and financing options

Close deals with confidence and professionalism while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction

Track and consistently achieve personal sales goals

Represent the Five Star Bath Solutions brand with professionalism, integrity, and company-branded attire at every appointment

What We're Looking For

A motivated self-starter with strong communication and people skills

In-home or consultative sales experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate

Someone who thrives in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment

Professional, reliable, and committed to representing the brand with pride

Flexible availability including evenings and weekends — when homeowners are home and ready to buy

Schedule Primarily weekday day and evening shifts; weekend availability required as needed.

Compensation This is a commission-based position with a sliding pay scale based on performance. Your earning potential grows with your results — top performers earn top pay.
