🧭 What You’ll Do:
Conduct in-home sales appointments with qualified leads (we set them for you!)
Follow our proven, 5-step sales process — no guesswork, just results
Achieve and exceed sales goals through trust-based selling
Maintain strong communication and report results promptly
Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
Proven success in home improvement or other high-ticket sales
Track record of $500K+ annual sales preferred
Strong closer with great listening and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
Willingness to work some evenings and weekends — where the best opportunities are!

Lancaster, Hershey, Hanover, York, Harrisburg, the Cumberland Valley, and surrounding communities.
