Florida Sales and Marketing Group (FSMG) is expanding in Miami and hiring motivated individuals for B2B Sales Representative positions supporting T-Mobile for Business.
This opportunity is ideal for entry-level candidates, career changers, and experienced sales professionals looking for growth, training, and uncapped income.
No sales experience required — we provide paid training.
Responsibilities
Meet with local business owners and decision-makers
Promote and sell T-Mobile for Business solutions (5G Internet, wireless, mobility)
Prospect new accounts through face-to-face outreach and referrals
Build and maintain client relationships
Track activity and performance using simple sales tools
Represent FSMG and T-Mobile professionally in the field
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Coachable and willing to learn
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable transportation
Ability to work full-time, in person
Sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus (not required)
