Pay : $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

We are actively recruiting for a motivated and charismatic Sales Representative to drive sales performance for Vivint and Direct Energy services. With over 20 years of experience representing some of the nation’s most recognized brands, our client has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results, maintaining the highest industry standards, and providing outstanding customer experiences.
The primary responsibility in this role is to help customers reduce energy costs and protect their families with the nation’s best security technology.
Schedule: Two weeks of uninterrupted training with a top performer, followed by flexible scheduling options
Compensation: Training bonuses and high commissions (average earnings $85,000–$110,000 annually; top performers earning $140,000+)
Remote: No — this is an in-person role where you’ll thrive as part of a strong, collaborative team culture
Type of Sale: Outside sales, meeting with targeted homeowners at their residences (no phone sales)
Training: Hands-on mentorship in sales, communication, and leadership
Growth: All promotions are from within, based on merit
