Your Role:
As a Roofing Sales Representative , you'll be a key player in helping homeowners protect their most valuable asset. You'll guide them through the process with care and confidence, while also driving business growth. Responsibilities include:
Identifying new clients through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals
Educating homeowners on roofing options, insurance processes, and solutions
Scheduling and attending inspections with project managers or conducting them yourself
Representing homeowners during adjuster meetings to ensure fair assessments
Presenting proposals, answering questions, and securing signed contracts
Managing the sales process from initial contact to final job hand-off
Collecting payments and submitting job documentation for project execution
Keeping your sales pipeline organized and actively following up on leads
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy building relationships and closing deals. Our ideal candidate is:
Goal-driven with a track record of setting and achieving targets
Confident and professional in face-to-face conversations
Comfortable with cold outreach and networking
Self-motivated and capable of managing their own schedule
Equipped with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experienced in sales, roofing, or construction (preferred—but we’ll train the right person!)
