    Step into an inside sales seat built for momentum. If you love owning a number, talking to customers all day, and turning conversations into repeat revenue, this role gives you the platform—and the upside—to do exactly that.

    You’ll drive a high-activity, high-quality inside motion— outbound calls/emails , fast response to inbound leads , thoughtful discovery, and consistent follow-through —to deepen relationships, introduce new products, and surface opportunities the market actually wants. Do that with integrity, and you’ll grow a sticky book of business—and your paycheck—month after month.

    What You’ll Do

    Outbound & Pipeline

    • Run a consistent inside sales motion (phone, email, SMS, social) to create new opportunities and book calls.
    • Build and execute territory/account plans for dealers, fields, teams, and international distributors (managed from HQ).

    Inbound Lead Management

    • Respond quickly to inquiries, qualify needs, run discovery, and convert to opportunities with clear next steps and timelines.

    Account Growth & Retention

    • Own reorder cadence, cross-sell/upsell, and new product introductions; deliver virtual QBRs for key accounts.
    • Maintain professional relationships across the industry—including competitors—supporting a healthy market and brand goodwill.

    Market & Product Development

    • Capture voice-of-customer and competitive intel; identify adjacent product lines and new opportunities in the industry (B2B and B2C).

    Operational Excellence

    • Keep CRM immaculate (stages, values, dates, next steps); provide accurate weekly forecasts.
    • Prepare quotes and pricing; coordinate with Operations on inventory, ETAs, and order status.
    • Participate in occasional travel for trade shows, dealer days, and select account visits.

    What You’ll Bring

    • Experience: 3–5+ years of B2B inside sales with consultative, relationship-driven selling (sporting goods, outdoor/action sports, or paintball a plus).
    • Results: History of meeting/exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets; comfortable owning a number.
    • Industry Acumen: Understanding of the paintball ecosystem (fields, leagues, teams, dealers, distributors) or adjacent experience with fast ramp.
    • Commercial Know-How: Familiar with MAP, MOQ, and basic P&L drivers to structure win-win deals.
    • Tools: CRM (HubSpot), Quickbooks, email/Office; disciplined notes and follow-through.
    • People Skills: Relationship-builder with strong discovery, objection handling, and ethical negotiation; collaborative and respectful—even with competitors.
    • Other: Ability to work onsite full time; availability for occasional travel (5–15%).

    What Success Looks Like (30/60/90/6/12)

    30 Days

    • Complete sales/product training; learn full catalog and GXG manufacturing/value props (U.S. & international).
    • Stand up your account/territory plan and outreach cadences; learn to optimally utilize the HubSpot CRM.
    • Close inbound leads

    60 Days

    • Consistently have high-quality conversations; progress a healthy top-of-funnel.
    • Deliver early market feedback and at least 3 product/assortment insights from discovery.

    90 Days

    • Maintain a qualified pipeline supporting target; begin steady monthly closes and expansion of existing accounts.
    • Deliver accurate weekly forecasts; support at least one event (on-site or travel, as needed).

    6 Months

    • Show reliable month-over-month growth with strong reorder cadence and attach/cross-sell motion.

    12 Months

    • Sustain new order acquisition and expansion against plan, with top retention and customer satisfaction.
