Responsibilities: • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met • Meeting with homeowners who’ve reached out to us about selling • Uncovering their motivation and presenting win-win offers • Following up with leads consistently (this is key!) • Running basic property evaluations using our tools and training • Working in our CRM and communicating with our team daily Qualifications: • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred • Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
