Heartland Buys is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team of real estate problem solvers in Mobile and Baldwin County. This is a local field-based sales role where you’ll meet with homeowners in person, understand their needs, and provide fast, respectful cash offers for their property. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Engage with warm leads — no cold calling! • Meet homeowners face-to-face to evaluate properties and present solutions • Build trust and negotiate win-win deals that help people move forward • Maintain your pipeline and follow-ups using our CRM tools • Report directly to sales management and receive hands-on coaching Qualifications: Who You Are: • 2+ years of sales experience (real estate, home services, solar, roofing, etc.) • Reliable, ethical, and goal-oriented • Strong communicator and confident closer • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required If you’ve sold anything face-to-face and loved it, this is your shot. Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 per year base + commission
