    FUNCTION: Sales and Marketing

    ROLE: Sales Representative

    REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

    BASIC FUNCTIONS:

    • Manage a $1,000,000+ sales plan, selling painting services as well as cross selling other product offerings as the opportunities arise
    • Learn and execute the Hershberger Painting sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post bid)
    • Hitting Personal Sales Target, Margin Target, and cost per margin target
    • Entering estimates into company CRM per VP Sales expectations
    • Updating client data per Sales Manager expectations
    • Writing customer proposals per Sales Manager expectations
    • Responding to customers questions and office questions per Sales Manager expectations
    • Independently studying to become competent in all services we sell
    • Generate additional leads through personal activity (leads can be delivered to you by the company marketing activities)
    • Attending weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 Team Meetings
    • Building a sales plan and tracking against it at all times - with Sales Manager guidance.
    • Turning in a weekly GAM Report highlighting weekly, quarterly, and overall numbers, journaling of previous weeks drivers and restrainers, and upcoming weeks goals and priorities.

    TIME AND COMPENSATION:

    • Full-Time
    • Base salary + commission – base salary set on past experience and current skill

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong understanding of CRM systems and the ability to enter and manage estimates effectively.
