Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing • Listening to prospective clients in English and Spanish, making them feel heard, understood, and safe. • Guiding families through their first steps with our firm, connecting them with the right solutions for their needs. • Following a proven system that gives you confidence and direction while still allowing space for genuine connection. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Bilingual in English and Spanish — this is essential to serve our community effectively. • Experience in consultative sales, admissions, or client services. • Strong communication skills and natural empathy for people in stressful situations. • A balance of ambition and compassion — someone who takes pride in achieving goals while caring deeply about the people they serve. Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 annually + commission
