    Job Summary:

    We are a growing construction company seeking a motivated, creative, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping the company expand by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing innovative ideas that drive sales and long-term growth. We're looking for someone who not only understands construction but also brings fresh thinking and strategic insight to help shape our future.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and other key stakeholders

    Bring creative, strategic ideas to help the company grow its client base and enter new markets

    Understand client needs and communicate our services and capabilities effectively

    Prepare and present estimates, quotes, and proposals tailored to client requirements

    Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate client records

    Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company

    Collaborate closely with the team

    Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities

    Represent the company professionally in all client and industry interactions

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or a related field

    Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and materials

    Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

    Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (field visits required)

    Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and CRM software

    Compensation:

    Base Salary and/or Commission (Based on Experience and Performance)
