Responsibilities:

Drive lead generation through diverse channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Educate clients on insurance product features, benefits, premiums, and deductibles.

Provide continuous support to clients, aiding in policy renewals, claims assistance, and coverage adjustments.

Cultivate and sustain enduring client relationships, fostering loyalty and enhancing customer retention.

Qualifications:

Proven sales or customer service experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Possession of a valid insurance license (Property & Casualty and Life License) or the determination to acquire one.
