    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Engage with prospective customers through referrals, outreach efforts, and agency-generated opportunities. • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects while consistently following up on opportunities. • Develop strong customer relationships that lead to long-term retention and referrals. • Educate customers on available products and coverage options in a clear and professional manner. • Track activity, maintain accurate records, and manage follow-up tasks effectively.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. • Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new business opportunities. • Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed performance expectations. • Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, retail, hospitality, or insurance is beneficial. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a professional sales environment.
