    La Nova Tile is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to help grow our presence within the architectural, design, and construction community. This role is ideal for someone who loves being in front of clients, owning a territory, and seeing their efforts turn into real projects.

    Tile experience is a plus, not a requirement. We are looking for someone with strong sales instincts, confidence, and the desire to learn a premium product category.

    About La Nova Tile La Nova Tile is a family-owned tile importer and distributor with over 15 years in the industry. We represent a curated portfolio of high-end Italian and Spanish tile and surfaces, serving commercial, hospitality, and multi-family projects across Texas. Our reputation is built on service, quality, and long-term partnerships.

    The Role As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding La Nova Tile’s commercial and residential footprint by developing new business and growing existing accounts. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers to introduce products, support specifications, and guide projects from concept through completion.

    What You’ll Do

    Prospect, develop, and grow relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers

    Actively pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and hospitality markets

    Present tile and surface collections through in-person meetings, lunch & learns, showroom visits, and site visits

    Learn and support the product specification process from design through installation

    Track opportunities and manage a sales pipeline from lead to close

    Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, quotes, ordering, and fulfillment

    Meet and exceed sales goals through consistent outreach, follow-up, and relationship building

    What We’re Looking For

    2+ years of sales or business development experience (B2B preferred)

    High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable being client-facing

    Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

    Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once

    Coachable and eager to learn technical products

    Experience in tile, design, construction, or building materials is a plus—but not required
