Lawn Doctor is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative who loves connecting with people, closing deals, and being rewarded for strong performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on results, values customer relationships, and wants uncapped earning potential.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll work with warm leads and existing customers, helping homeowners maintain and enhance their lawns through Lawn Doctor’s trusted services. If you’re motivated, reliable, and ready to grow your income alongside a growing business, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Convert new inbound and outbound leads into Lawn Doctor customers

Upsell additional services to existing customers to enhance their lawn care programs

Build trust with customers through clear communication and solution-based selling

Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and support long-term customer retention

Develop strong knowledge of Lawn Doctor services to confidently answer questions and recommend solutions

Maintain a consistent focus on quality service and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Dependable attendance and follow-through

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Lawn care knowledge is a plus—but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.
