    Job Summary

    We are hiring a driven Sales Representative to generate new business and grow customer relationships across two complementary service companies: lawn care and sprinkler/irrigation services. This is an opportunity to sell across both brands, increasing earning potential and customer value per account.

    This role focuses on lead follow-up, property evaluations, estimates, and closing service agreements. The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, customer-focused, and motivated by performance-based pay.

    Compensation includes base + commission or commission-heavy structure. Pay is performance-driven.

    Responsibilities

    Respond to inbound sales inquiries quickly Follow up on web leads, calls, and referrals Meet with homeowners and property managers Perform property evaluations and service recommendations Prepare and present estimates and service packages Close lawn care and sprinkler service agreements Cross-sell services between both companies Track pipeline activity in CRM Maintain consistent follow-up until decision Build referral relationships with customers and partners Meet monthly and seasonal sales targets Communicate with operations team for smooth onboarding

    Duties

    Run scheduled sales appointments Make outbound follow-up calls and texts Measure properties and assess service needs Explain treatment plans and irrigation solutions Provide pricing and package options Ask for the sale directly and professionally Document notes and next steps Generate self-sourced leads when needed

    Qualifications

    Sales experience preferred (service sales a plus) Strong communication and closing skills Comfortable meeting customers in person Self-motivated and goal oriented Organized and consistent with follow-up Valid driver’s license Comfortable using CRM and mobile apps Able to work independently in the field

    Preferred (Not Required)

    Home service sales experience Route or territory sales background Knowledge of lawn care or irrigation systems Commission sales success history
