We provide pre-set high quality appointments, training, and industry leading resources. Responsibilities

Sell directly to homeowners: meet with customers in their homes to present our bathroom remodeling solutions with pre-set, high-quality appointments – NO cold calling.

Use our proven sales techniques to close deals in just one visit, maintaining a ~30% net closing rate

Leverage company software and sales process to increase interest during visit

Provide exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

Requirements

Residential home sales experience (home improvement / bathroom preferred but not required- we will train you!)

A top closer who thrive in a one-call close environment: 90% of sales happen on the first visit

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients; experience building rapport through open-ended questions

High energy, discipline, and a win-first mentality

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer's schedules—where the money is

A competitive spirit with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
