Office Perks: • Game Room (Ping Pong, Bags, Xbox, PS5) • Free 24/7 Access to Onsite Gym • Starbucks & Full Café • Nearby Local Restaurants Your Schedule: Mon–Thurs: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Fri: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities: • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening • Pre-qualify leads before transferring to a licensed Loan Officer Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness, Solar) • Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role • A self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving six-figure goals, is necessary Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly + commission
