    FASTSIGNS of Austin - Anderson Mill is hiring for a Sales Representative - Level 1 to join our team!

    A Successful FASTSIGNS Sales Representative - Level 1:

    Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center

    Assist with handling the inside sales that come in via phone and walk-ins, and internet leads. Once a project is communicated to you by the customer, the project will then need to be routed to the appropriate salesperson or you will quote, communicate the customer's needs to the design department , and managed between you and the customer until it is picked up, shipped or installed.

    Communicate with customers about the order status and order pick up, QC incoming orders prior to calling customers.

    Receive customer payments

    Participate in team selling, including assisting customers with ongoing orders and proactive outreach to dormant and prospective customers.

    Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center

    Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, and in-person

    Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

    This position is an IN-OFFICE position and manages the front desk and your presence is critical everyday. Front desk sales involves professional appearance, willing to be on your feet, and friendly personality on the phone and in-person.

    Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

    Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships

    Strong sales skills

    Great listening and organization skills

    Ability to sit for long periods

    Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)

    Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work

    Prior experience in health care, construction or event management is preferred, but not required

    High school diploma or equivalent

    This is a fast paced environment. The front desk is maintained Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch. Please only apply if you can work those hours.
