Job Summary
We are hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to support the Lifeline Program, a federally funded initiative that provides free phones and wireless service to eligible individuals.
This role is ideal for outgoing, confident, and motivated individuals who enjoy working directly with people and want an opportunity that combines income potential, skill-building, and community impact. No prior sales or outreach experience is required — paid training is provided.
Work takes place at event kiosks and outreach locations, including community centers, social service offices, and high-traffic public areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engage the public at outreach and event locations
Explain the Lifeline Program clearly and respectfully
Help eligible individuals complete same-day enrollment
Maintain a professional, positive presence in the community
Meet daily activity expectations
Represent the program with integrity and confidence
Who We’re Looking For
0–2 years of sales, retail, customer service, or outreach experience (preferred, not required)
Comfortable working in urban / inner-city environments
Confident starting conversations with new people
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated
