    Position Summary

    The Sales Liaison will play a crucial role in promoting our home care services, establishing relationships with referral sources, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic approach to sales, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with referral sources such as hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and community organizations.
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the home care industry.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
    • Conduct regular visits and presentations to referral sources to promote agency services and secure new business partnerships.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
    • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Educate potential clients and referral sources about the benefits and value of our home care services.
    • Conduct needs assessments and propose customized solutions to meet the unique needs of clients and their families.
    • Work closely with internal departments, including operations and clinical teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics to management.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales and marketing activities.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, contracts, and customer information in CRM systems.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
