With over a decade of experience, we partner with over 1,000 skilled nursing facilities across states like New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, offering expert guidance to families and caregivers. Our mission is to alleviate the administrative burden of Medicaid applications by managing financial documentation, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with long-term care facilities. Headquartered in New York, we are committed to delivering exceptional service, enabling facilities to streamline resident eligibility and families to focus on care.
