    Job Overview

    We’re seeking an Outside Sales Representative who thrives on winning new business and building lasting customer relationships. This is a hunter role with full responsibility for prospecting, pitching, and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate is determined, persuasive, and comfortable with in-person sales, product demos, and repeat visits. You’ll work closely with our marketing team, leverage our CRM (Monday.com), and have access to sales support materials and samples to help you succeed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with ethnic grocery chains, regional grocery stores, and other multi-location businesses.
    • Conduct in-person visits with business owners, store managers, and department managers.
    • Deliver product presentations and provide samples to potential customers.
    • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities in Monday.com CRM, following the company’s sales process.
    • Close deals independently, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
    • Develop expertise in DVW’s product portfolio to confidently present solutions to customer needs.
    • Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting strategies and leverage sales support materials.

    Desired Experience

    • Experience in food packaging, foodservice, or grocery/restaurant supply is a plus, but not required.
    • Demonstrated success in building relationships with owners, managers, or department leads.
    • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from cold introduction to closing deals.
