We are looking to hire an experienced, in-home sales representative to join our rapidly growing home improvement company. Offering commission pay over & above industry standards with a fair and transparent system. No limit to earning potential.

Appointments (primarily set from organic leads, referrals and repeat customers) are scheduled Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays (if needed). Complete training with ongoing sales support. Offering latest technology for our reps to provide customers digital presentations and paperless proposals & contracts.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years sales experience

Professional appearance, excellent oral and written skills are a must

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to negotiate contracts and close business face to face

Ability to learn technical aspects of all products being sold and their installation methods

Previous experience using a CRM software required

Home Depot sales experience a plus

High level of dependability

Willing to travel within the territory (Mobile to Panama City)

Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
