Responsibilities: • Uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetings • Employ customer service and negotiation skills to close new car deals while delivering an optimal sales experience • Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange • Confidently display new car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process • Compile reports and records of dealership automotive sales for presentation to sales manager Qualifications: • Stellar customer service skills, communication skills, and a high commitment to customer satisfaction is necessary • Must have an interest and knowledge of new car features, auto sales trends, car dealerships’ processes, financing options, and sales management • Necessary valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Minimum of one year of experience working as a car salesperson or in related sales jobs is needed • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; high school diploma or GED equivalent needed • Bilingual Spanish & English Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
