    ** **Sales Representative – Mining & Tunneling Industries ****

    MineARC Systems provides safety solutions to the mining, tunneling, petrochemical, and biotechnology industries. MineARC is the global leader in the manufacture and supply of emergency safe refuge systems for the protection of workers exposed to hazardous industrial environments.

    We are currently looking for a passionate Sales Representative to sell our portfolio of products within the mining and tunneling industries in the United States. Sales at MineARC revolve around providing tailored solutions to customer problems. The foundation for this is a technical background that brings industry and market knowledge in order to develop current and potential customer relationships.

    You will be responsible for developing and obtaining yearly budgets in line with company procedures and targets. You will work closely with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for existing and new products.

    ** Duties and Responsibilities**

    • Achieve sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive new business and expand into new markets.
    • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying additional opportunities and project prospects.
    • Lead financial and contractual negotiations and conduct contract reviews.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales tools, including the CRM system.
    • Travel regularly to customer sites, expos, trade shows, and company offices as required, with approximately 25% travel.
    • Provide the General Manager with regular updates and financial reports on sales performance and new business secured.
    • Commission products and deliver customer training on solutions sold.
    • Complete sales sign-off documentation for all products sold.

    ** Technical Skills we require from you:**

    • A minimum of 5+ years’ technical sales experience.
    • Prior experience in an industrial environment.
    • Ability to understand how our products work (electrical, pneumatic, and networking).
    • Strong presentation and training skills.
    • A thorough familiarity with Microsoft Office, and strong Excel skills.
    • Basic hands on technical skills (hand tools, electrical etc.)

    ** Personal skills we require from you:**

    • Ability to manually lift 20kg.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organization.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • The ability to negotiate with and positively influence others.
    • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
    • Ability to work autonomously and as a team.

    ** Advantageous skills you may have...**

    • Previous mining or tunneling experience.
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing company.
    • ISO9001:2015 experience.
    • A bachelor’s or technical degree.
    • SAP Business One experience.
