Responsibilities: • Be available to respond to all potential leads in a timely manner • Follow up with potential clients to showcase and highlight our services during their time in need • Maintain up-to-date information on services provided • Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients • Attend regular online and in-person trainings • Become knowledgeable of the law firm's CRM software and be able to implement all tasks through this system • Coordinate with the intake team using clear and concise communication in a timely manner Qualifications: • Must have knowledge of the California legal system (criminal courts preferred) • Experience using a CRM is preferred • 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience (legal preferred) • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Compensation: $30,000 - $150,000+ yearly
