Inside Sales Representative
Location: Orlando, FL (On-site) Pay: $18 per hour + commission Compensation Structure: After earning $10,000 in commission, compensation transitions to commission-only (no hourly wage or base salary).
About the Role NEPA Wholesale is a fast-growing distributor of vape, tobacco, and alternative products. We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative who is confident on the phone and motivated to grow accounts.
In this role, you will connect with smoke shops, convenience stores, and retail businesses to introduce our products, build relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume calling, building new accounts, and earning commission based on performance.
Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential retail customers and follow up with existing leads • Introduce new products, promotions, and pricing to customers • Convert leads into active purchasing accounts • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners and buyers • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM system • Meet daily activity targets and weekly sales goals • Stay informed about new products and industry trends
Performance Expectations • Minimum 100 outbound calls per day • 5–7 new customer accounts per week • Consistent follow-up with prospects and existing customers • Maintain organized CRM notes and sales activity
Requirements • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day • Sales or customer service experience preferred • Knowledge of vape, tobacco, CBD, or alternative products required • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
