Title: Inside Sales Representative Pay: $4,200/month + commission

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Nepa Wholesale, a leading distributor of vape, tobacco, and related products in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold call and follow up with customers and lead

Promote products, pricing, and new arrivals

Convert leads to active customers

Process orders and maintain CRM records

Meet daily and weekly sales goals

Requirements:

Strong communication and sales mindset

Able to handle high call volume

Sales or customer service experience preferred

Knowledge of tobacco, CBD, or vape industry required

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 9am–1pm (On-site)

Performance Expectations: 5–7 new customer sign-ups weekly 40 daily activities (calls, follow-ups, engagement)
