    📍 Remote | Open to Candidates Across the U.S. 💼 Full-Time | $70,000–$80,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (average $30K+ per year)

    About the Company: Savia USA is an innovative beverage company rapidly expanding across the U.S. market. Our growing lineup includes Aloe Vera Drinks, Coconut Milk Drinks, and our hit new Popping Boba Drink. We work closely with distributors, brokers, and major retail partners to deliver premium beverages that stand out in grocery, convenience, and wholesale channels.

    The Opportunity: We are hiring a motivated Regional Sales Manager to strengthen Savia’s presence nationwide by building distributor relationships and leading broker activity across multiple territories. This position focuses on creating new partnerships, driving execution with existing brokers, and expanding our retail footprint in key markets.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Develop new business through distributors, wholesalers, and regional retail chains

    Lead and support broker partners to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales goals

    Identify growth opportunities and execute regional sales strategies for both grocery and convenience channels

    Maintain regular reporting on account activity, performance, and new leads

    Partner with marketing and operations to coordinate product launches, sampling events, and promotions

    Participate in trade shows, industry events, and key customer meetings on behalf of Savia USA

    Who You Are:

    Experienced in beverage or CPG sales (minimum 3 years preferred)

    Skilled in managing broker networks and distributor relationships

    Comfortable working independently and remotely while maintaining strong communication with the team

    Organized, resourceful, and driven to hit goals and expand new markets

    Proficient with CRM tools such as Monday.com, Zoho, or similar

    What We Offer:

    Competitive base salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience

    Uncapped commission plan (typically $30K+ per year)
