Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and results-driven Sales & Client Solutions Specialist to guide families through care decisions and convert inquiries into successful placements and home care clients. This role combines consultative sales, relationship building, and care coordination. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound leads and referrals quickly • Conduct care assessments and guide families through options • Recommend home care or placement solutions • Convert inquiries into paying clients • Follow up consistently to increase conversion rates • Build and maintain relationships with: • Hospitals (case managers, discharge planners) • Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) • Physician (MD) offices • Home health agencies • Hospice providers • Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and drop-ins • Educate partners on NestVy services and value proposition • Develop referral pipelines and strategic partnerships • Track and grow referral sources • Maintain ongoing relationships with key partners • Ensure high satisfaction and repeat referrals • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions Qualifications: • 2+ years of sales or business development experience • Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services preferred • Strong networking and relationship-building skills • Comfortable with outside sales/field marketing • Proven ability to close and generate referrals • Excellent communication and follow-up skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently Compensation: $82,000 yearly plus commission
