What You'll Do

You'll act as a trusted advisor to homeowners— educating, consulting, and guiding them through the transition to clean energy.

• Canvass neighborhoods and meet with homeowners in your territory
• Educate clients on financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
• Conduct product demos and consultative sales presentations
• Customize solar solutions for each home based on energy usage and design
• Close deals professionally while building trust and long-term relationships
• Develop expertise through Spartan Solar leadership and mentorship programs

Who We're Looking For
