JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Sales team is hiring! You will be responsible for acquiring or selling properties for OneRoof by negotiating purchase terms and prices. This role involves frequent communication with buyers and sellers via phone, text, and email. You will also build rapport with clients and help set appointments for potential investors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in computer use
• Strong phone etiquette
• Sales background (preferred but not required)
• Positive, can-do attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and sustain high-level client relationships
• Negotiate property prices
• Perform daily property evaluations (comping)
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Meet daily KPI metrics to ensure long-term success in the role

PAY STRUCTURE
100% commission, uncapped!
