Title: Sales Representative - Ophthalmology Medical Devices-Disruptive technology
Territory: Rhode Island/Western MA
Company: Leader in the ophthalmology space with restorative products
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products physician offices, and clinics
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within assigned territory.
- Support existing business while continuing to prospect new business opportunities.
- Implement marketing strategies and implement sales direction provided by leadership.
- Successfully complete sales training and continually stat updated on competition.
- Conduct all job functions with a high level of customer service and integrity.
- Work productively with internal and external partners.
- Attend industry conferences as needed.
- Manage and maintain assigned expense budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-10 yrs of medical device sales experience, in physician offices. Ophthalmology a plus.
- Track record of sales success
- Able to sell clinically, disruptive technology
- Great presentation skills
- Ability to show you can close deals and grow business
- The right candidate will have a can-do attitude and lots of fire in the belly
Compensation:
Base salary $85-90k. Total earnings of 200k if sales plan is achieved. Uncapped commissions, paid monthly, mileage and gas reimbursements, full medical/health benefits, opportunity for growth.
