    Job Summary:
    The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets in our leads based residential areas. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.
    - Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.
    - Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and retention.
    - Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
    - Prepare and deliver sales proposals.
    - Collaborate with teams to devise effective acquisition strategies.
    - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
    - Gather feedback from customers and communicate insights to relevant teams to improve product offerings.
    - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products.

    Qualifications:

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with customers.

    - Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

    - Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    - Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend events (if applicable).

    - Knowledge of [specific products/services] is a plus.

    - A working vehicle and valid drivers license.
