Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business, engaging potential customers, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate Leads : Seek out new business opportunities through canvassing, networking, and referrals. Company leads will also be provided.
• Connect with Customers : Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer the best roofing solutions.
• Close Sales : Turn leads into sales, aiming to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Build Relationships : Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Roofing Sales Experience : At least 6 months of experience in roofing sales.
• Good Communication Skills : Ability to connect and communicate well with customers.
• Self-Motivated : Goal-oriented and proactive.
• Reliable Transportation : Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
• Experience with JobNimbus is a plus.

Compensation

• Commission : Competitive pay with performance-based commissions.
• Weekly Bonuses : Incentives for hitting weekly sales targets.
