    At Art of Drawers, our design sales consultants are the lifeblood of the company. They turn our clients' frustrations with their living spaces into enjoyment of their home. Designers focus on the true issues that people are trying to solve. They conduct in-home consultation appointments with potential clients who want the advice, design, and expertise of a designer. Designers are smart, hard workers who understand how to treat people with respect and dignity.

    The key qualities of a successful designer is a genuine commitment to helping people by educating them on the products and possibilities that make up Art of Drawers’ services, along with a love of selling and being comfortable closing in the home.

    An added plus are designers who are motivated to grow beyond our company generated leads - go-getters who want build their networks and bring in those self-generated sales to maximize their commission and to grow along with us.

    You'll have the ability to design your own schedule - a great opportunity for anyone with a passion for creativity, solving problems and helping people who is looking for either part-time or a larger time commitment.

    This role offers commission-based and bonus pay.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct in-home design appointments at clients' homes in person (~90 mins per appt)

    Build rapport / prepare for the appointment through designer intro calls ahead of the appointment

    Upload leads, orders, estimates, and client designs/photos promptly to our Art of Drawers platform

    Take client deposits from each sale

    Attend and participate in designer training and ongoing training

    Follow up with clients on sales opportunities

    Partner with our franchise owner and communicate proactively

    Partner with our Installers and owners to ensure jobs are executed smoothly from the design process through the install

    Qualifications

    Sales experience (in-home sales is a plus!)

    Computer skills and the ability to quickly learn our Art of Drawers technology platforms

    Strong organizational and oral/written professional communication skills

    Friendly, competitive, and driven nature, and the ability to build rapport with clients

By designing and installing pull-out drawers and other organizational solutions, we give our customers more space, more organization, and frustration-free access to the items they use every day. We are growing in South Florida and surrounding areas and looking to hire people-oriented Designers to sell our organizational solutions. We provide the training and you provide the passion and motivation.
