We're hiring in-home Sales Representatives to run pre-set, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners across the Upstate SC area. This isn't cold calling or door knocking — your schedule is built for you with quality appointments from homeowners who already raised their hand. You'll walk into every home with a proven sales system that has a repeatable close rate, a full tech stack (iPad, 3D design software, and a custom pricing tool), and the training to execute from day one. We don't hand you a script and wish you luck — you get ongoing coaching every single week, so you're constantly getting sharper. Full 2 weeks in the office training on the full product and tech stack, as well as the entire sales model. Top performers earn top pay here. Period. Responsibilities: • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information Qualifications: • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • A consistent top performer in sales Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000 yearly
