Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The primary focus will be on selling pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, with additional opportunities to promote other fluid power components.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions using our product offerings.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in fluid power components (pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders, valves, fittings, etc.).
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred:
Experience selling pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders is highly preferred.
Experience with other fluid power components beyond cylinders.
Technical background or familiarity with manufacturing processes.
Experience building a sales team would be a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package. Compensation will be a combination of base salary, commission, and any product specific incentives.
