Sales Representative – Prescott Market

Location: Prescott, Arizona Company: Hale’s Roofing Compensation: Salary + Commission + Benefits

Role Summary

Hale’s Roofing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to lead our growth in the Prescott area. This role includes working company-generated leads, self-generating new opportunities, and helping build Hale’s Roofing into a highly recommended local brand.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners and property managers on company-generated leads

Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and local outreach

Perform roof inspections, prepare estimates, and close sales

Coordinate with production to ensure a smooth customer experience

Help grow brand awareness through community involvement and marketing efforts

Track leads and follow-ups in CRM

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred (construction or home services a plus)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and organized

Valid driver’s license
