Job Summary
Palisade Defense Security Services is seeking a high-performing, experienced Sales Representative to join our professional private security team. This position is intended for a sales professional with a minimum of two to three years of proven sales experience, verifiable references, and a demonstrated ability to close and manage long-term client relationships.
This role focuses on B2B sales of private security services and recurring service agreements. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to represent a licensed private security company in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and develop professional B2B client relationships in alignment with company objectives
• Conduct authorized outreach through approved communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Schedule and attend client meetings and site walkthroughs to assess service needs and present approved offerings
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing clients
• Present company-approved proposals and support execution of service agreements
• Adhere strictly to company confidentiality, privacy, and compliance policies
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum two to three years of professional sales experience with verifiable references
• Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong time management and independent work capability
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to use and understand AI-based tools for productivity and communication
• Open availability as required by business needs
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
