    Position Overview
    Our client is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join their growing team in South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early to mid-career looking to build a long-term path in sales within a well-established and niche industry.

    This role will focus on developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across wholesale, retail, and distribution channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the floral, retail, and wholesale markets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
    • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
    • Collaborate with internal teams on product availability, pricing, and logistics
    • Stay informed on market trends, seasonal demand, and customer needs
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

    Qualifications

    • Entry to intermediate level experience (0–3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles)
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
    • Interest in floral, agriculture, or distribution industries is a plus

    Compensation

    • Base Salary: $40,000
    • Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on performance
