Position Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join their growing team in South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early to mid-career looking to build a long-term path in sales within a well-established and niche industry.
This role will focus on developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across wholesale, retail, and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the floral, retail, and wholesale markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with internal teams on product availability, pricing, and logistics
- Stay informed on market trends, seasonal demand, and customer needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Entry to intermediate level experience (0–3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Interest in floral, agriculture, or distribution industries is a plus
Compensation
- Base Salary: $40,000
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on performance
