Rapid Die Cut is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to manage incoming inquiries and convert quotes into sales. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, from managing lead times to customer engagement and follow-ups. You will work closely with internal teams, including engineers, to ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing sales opportunities.

**Sales Experience:
** 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a manufacturing, B2B, or technical environment.
**Excellent Communication Skills:
** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal teams.
**Detail-Oriented:
** Demonstrated ability to accurately process orders, handle multiple customer inquiries, and manage complex information.
**Customer-Centric Approach:
** Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction, build relationships, and anticipate customer needs to drive sales.
**Organizational Skills:
** Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on inquiries and quotes, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Technical Aptitude:
** Comfortable using CRM systems, order entry platforms, and communication tools. Basic knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus.
