Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their vision for outdoor living spaces and provide tailored solutions. • Conduct on-site consultations to assess project feasibility and design requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations. • Utilize company-generated leads to drive sales, focusing on Express Build projects for efficient turnaround. • Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our premium products and services. • Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our offerings and addressing any client concerns promptly. • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product innovations to provide informed recommendations to clients. Compensation: $100,000+ OTE
