We transform South Florida driveways, patios, and pool decks into stunning outdoor living spaces, and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people and helping them make smart decisions for their homes.

You'll receive company-provided qualified leads from day one. No cold calling, no door knocking. Meaningful conversations with homeowners who are already interested only.

This is a role where your character matters as much as your resume. We're building a team for the long term and invest in people who are honest, reliable, and want to grow with us.

What You Can Earn

Our commission structure is competitive and transparent. Most consultants earn between $70,000 and $105,000 annually. Top performers who master our process and build referral relationships earn more over time.

What You'll Do

Meet homeowners at their properties to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget

Present customized paver and hardscaping solutions — driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways

Guide clients through decisions with a consultative, no-pressure approach

Close sales during or shortly after the initial consultation

Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

Represent Perfect Pavers with professionalism and genuine care for the customer

Who We're Looking For

Industry experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters most:

You're a natural with people — you listen well, build trust quickly, and communicate clearly

You stay organized and manage your own time without needing someone to chase you

You solve problems on the fly and stay calm when a deal gets complicated

2+ years in residential sales

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (truck or SUV preferred)

Also helpful:

Background in construction, home improvement, or landscaping

Bilingual English/Spanish (a real advantage in our market)
