    Independent Outside Sales Representative – Beauty Supply Liquidation

    About Opportunity

    Dukanee Beauty Supply is liquidating a large inventory of beauty supply products, fixtures, displays, shelving, salon-related equipment, and commercial assets from our Miami warehouse.

    We are looking for motivated, experienced, and well-connected Independent Outside Sales Representatives who can bring in qualified buyers, wholesale customers, beauty supply stores, salons, barbershops, nail salons, resellers, distributors, exporters, and bulk purchasers.

    This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary, no hourly pay, no benefits, and no reimbursement for gas, vehicle, phone, meals, or travel expenses.

    The Representative is responsible for finding customers, building their own pipeline, contacting buyers, presenting the opportunity, generating orders, and helping close sales. The Company will provide approved inventory information, approved pricing, order confirmation, payment confirmation, and warehouse dispatch.

    Key Responsibilities

    The Independent Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for:

    Prospecting and contacting potential buyers.

    Visiting or calling beauty supply stores, salons, barbershops, nail salons, distributors, resellers, wholesalers, exporters, and commercial buyers.

    Generating new customers leads independently.

    Building and managing a personal sales pipeline.

    Presenting available liquidation inventory to qualified buyers.

    Promoting inventory by category, lot, pallet, bulk purchase, or full liquidation package.

    Registering all leads with the Company before closing.

    Requesting approved pricing and inventory availability from the Company.

    Coordinating customer interest with the internal sales/admin team.

    Following company rules regarding pricing, payments, and warehouse release.

    Helping customers understand pickup, freight, and payment requirements.

    Following up with prospects until the sale is completed.

    Submitting daily or weekly activity updates when requested.

    Representing the Company professionally and ethically.

    What We Are Selling

    The liquidation opportunity may include:

    Beauty supply inventory.

    Hair care products.

    Salon products.

    Beauty accessories.

    Retail merchandise.

    Wholesale products.

    Fixtures.

    Shelving.

    Displays.

    Salon tables.

    Massage chairs.

    Commercial racks.

    Store equipment.

    Other approved assets are available from the warehouse.

    Inventory availability is subject to change and must be confirmed before any sale is finalized.

    Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate should have:

    Experience in outside sales, wholesale sales, beauty supply sales, salon sales, route sales, retail sales, or distribution sales.

    Existing contacts with beauty supply stores, salons, barbershops, nail salons, distributors, resellers, exporters, or wholesale buyers.

    Ability to prospect independently without needing assigned customers.

    Strong communication and follow-up skills.

    Ability to sell by phone, WhatsApp, in person, email, and social media.

    Own transportation.

    Ability to work independently.

    High motivation to earn commission based on results.

    Professional and ethical business conduct.

    Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

    Experience with liquidation, wholesale, beauty products, or retail merchandise is a plus.

    Compensation

    This is a commission-only opportunity.

    There is:

    No base salary.

    No hourly pay.

    No overtime.

    No benefits.

    No paid training.

    No paid gas.

    No vehicle reimbursement.

    No phone reimbursement.

    No travel reimbursement.

    No guaranteed income.

    Commissions are paid only to eligible sales that are:

    Properly registered.

    Approved by the Company.

    Paid directly to the Company.

    Confirmed by accounting.

    Completed without cancellation, dispute, return, or reversal.

    Commission Structure

    Commission may range from 8% to 20%, depending on monthly net collected sales volume.

    Special commission rates may apply for full inventory liquidation, existing customers, deeply discounted sales, strategic accounts, or take-all deals.

    Accepted payment methods may include:

    Cash.

    Confirmed ACH.

    Confirmed wire transfer.

    Other Company-approved methods in writing.

    No merchandise will be released until payment is confirmed by the Company.

    The Company does not reimburse expenses unless specifically approved in writing before the expense is incurred.

    The Representative must generate their own leads.

    The Company does not provide a guaranteed customer list.

    The Company does not pay for gas, cars, phones, or routes.

    The Representative cannot collect money from customers unless specifically authorized in writing.

    All customers must pay the Company directly.

    All inventory, pricing, and discounts must be approved before closing.

    All sales are subject to inventory availability.

    All liquidation sales are final.
